Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@fireplaceglory.com.
No Shipping outside the USA.
Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.
- Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Fireplaces will not be assembled.

At Litedeer Homes, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you're not pleased with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, free of restocking charges. Please ensure the item is in its original, saleable condition and includes all packaging. Note that items which have been used or modified are ineligible for return.
Procedure for Returns:
- Initiate your return by emailing support@litedeerhomes.com.
- Upon receipt of your request, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label along with comprehensive return instructions.
Not Covered by Free Returns:
- Products under a manufacturer's warranty for parts
- Items that have been used or adjusted
- Items without original packaging, including any shipping pallets
- Custom orders
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Any associated shipping fees or additional charges (e.g., missed delivery or storage fees) will be deducted from your refund.
Additional Information:
- To report issues, please send detailed photos of the package or product within 48 hours of receipt.
- Expect delivery within 5-10 days via Express Shipping or LTL Freight.
- In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours post-payment. Customized items will have specific lead times noted on the invoice.
- Products under 55 inches ship via UPS or DHL; larger items are sent via LTL freight carriers like ABF or Estes.
- We offer door-to-door service or pickup from nearby UPS/DHL stores. Items can be returned within 15 days in original packaging and saleable condition. Shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
